INSEPARABLE TWIN SISTERS TO BE THE NEW FACES OF CORN FLAKES
TWIN sisters have been selected to star in Kellogg’s latest TV advert to tell the nation how they eat their Corn Flakes.
Pharmaceutical representative, Jade, who like her sister favours her Corn Flakes with cold milk and banana, said: “I had to move into my own place recently and I found it incredibly hard eating breakfast on my own. So everyday Gemma comes around and has her Corn Flakes with me – half a banana each and cold milk. “We make sure we have a good half an hour in the mornings to catch up over breakfast, we just can’t eat our breakfast with anyone else, and we don’t function otherwise!”
Jade and Gemma Hill from Birmingham, were handpicked for one of eight slots in the cereal maker’s latest ad after proving they were Corn Flakes biggest fans.
Earlier this year Kellogg’s took to social media to ask the UK how they eat their perfect bowl of Corn Flakes, in the hunt for cereal super fans.
The bubbly pair, both 27, were whittled down from hundreds of applicants in an intensive interview process after admitting despite living apart they always make sure they meet in the mornings to have their Corn Flakes together.

Last month, a film crew visited the Jade’s home to film the up and coming TV advert.
Solicitor Gemma, added: “I think the crew thought we were a little mad, we had such a laugh. They asked us about our Corn Flake story and as ever we just kept finishing each other’s sentences.
“I’m quite nervous about seeing it on television, I hope we aren’t too embarrassing – we probably do love Corn Flakes a little too much!
“We will definitely be having a party, getting all the friends and family around for the adverts debut, it’s not often you can say you are going to be in the next Corn Flakes advert”
The ad campaign will feature a cast of eight real families and individuals, all genuine fans, talking about their ‘perfect bowl’ of Corn Flakes – and will debut on prime time TV on January 6th.
The decision to launch the nine month marketing campaign comes after a five year break in commercial advertising for the breakfast cereal.
A spokesperson from Kellogg’s, said: “We have seen a change in how people are eating cereal but also in what they are having for breakfast. Therefore we wanted to capture how our customers are eating Corn Flakes.
“After a long break from advertising, it is time for us to start talking about Corn Flakes; our cast has reminded how much people love this iconic cereal.”
